Terms of service
Last updated 13 September 2026
These terms cover your use of Schedlio. By creating an account you agree to them. They are written plainly on purpose; if something is unclear, ask us at hello@schedlio.com.
What Schedlio is
Software for taking and managing appointments: a public booking page, a diary and a customer list. Appointment reminders are not part of the service yet. We provide the tool. The service your customers book is yours, and the agreement to provide it is between you and them.
What it costs
Nothing at the moment. Schedlio is free while we are getting started, and we do not ask for payment details. If we introduce a charge, we will give you notice first and you will be able to decide then. Nothing will start billing automatically.
Your account
- Give accurate details, and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what the people you invite to your business do in it.
- Tell us if you think someone else has got into your account.
Your customers’ information
When you put a customer’s name and number into Schedlio, that information is yours and you decide what happens to it. You confirm you are entitled to hold it and to have us send appointment reminders on your behalf. We handle it as described in our privacy notice.
Fair use
Do not use Schedlio to send marketing or bulk messages, to break the law, or to attack or overload the service. Reminders are for appointments people have actually made with you.
What we do not promise
Schedlio is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and to keep your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for business you lose through an outage, a message that does not arrive, or an appointment that goes wrong. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Stopping
You can close your account whenever you like. Ask us from the Data and privacy section of your account page, or email hello@schedlio.com. A person handles it — we will confirm with you first, then delete your data, apart from anything we are required to keep. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless we are prevented from doing so.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you rather than quietly changing the date at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
